Coaching

Welcome!

I’m not like other coaches.

I don’t have a glossy, live-your-best-life sales page with professional headshots of me (not my style), I don’t market on social media (I’m too greedy with my time), and I can’t give you an elevator pitch about what kind of coach I am (I would rather have a deep talk).

I coach because I’m great at it and it makes me feel alive to help people—not because I want to be impressive. So, to keep my coaching practice authentic and fun, I find ways of doing business that feel great to my body and soul.

I treat my coaching practice like an experiment instead of a super-serious business that’s set in stone. I love to dream up new creations, offer new ways of coaching, explore what works best for me and my clients, adjust, and innovate. When I’m relaxed and having fun, my clients are relaxed and having fun.

That’s the kind of coach I am. I actually walk my talk.

In coaching sessions, I help my clients find new ways of “doing business” that feel great to their bodies and souls. I support them in breaking free from pressure and discovering their own sources of joy and ease. And, I encourage my clients to approach life with the light-hearted spirit of experimentation and play.

So, on this always-changing page, you’ll find what I’m currently trying out in my business. If you don’t see exactly the right offering but want to work with me (or you love what you see and want to get started), sign up for an exploratory session. Let’s chat!

Ditch the grind.

Come to life.

Here’s the deal…

We live and work in broken, harmful systems. Systems that deny our humanity and want us to stay overwhelmed, exhausted, and beat-down. Those in power don’t want us to have space or energy to dream of a better life—a better world. They only want us to produce and perform.

I believe our mission is to unwind the pressure and actually enjoy life.

The more each of us is aligned with our own sources of joy and freedom, the more we divest from oppressive systems and use our gifts to build a better world.

I want to help you stop rushing and find space for you. I want you to hear the music of the earth, your body, and your soul. I want to show you how to follow the breadcrumbs of joy and freedom in your body so you can discover your needs, your magic, and your purpose.

You are not broken or failing. You know exactly who you are and what you want. You just need help clearing the fog from your head and the rocks from your path.

My coaching helps you:

  • Reconnect with your most wild, calm, badass self

  • Uncover what you really, really, really want

  • Create a soulful life that also meets your material needs

When you hire me, I won’t be another voice in your head telling you who you should be. I’ll give you the tools to listen to your body, find your own answers, and stand on solid ground. I’ll be a mirror, reflecting back your bravest truths and most dazzling self. I’ll help you unravel the stories that hold you back so you can discover the thrill of what’s next

Now more than ever, the world needs you to do your thing.

I would LOVE to guide you there.

Hi! I’m Quinn (she/her). I’m a coach, writer, and teacher who helps people weave their dreams into reality.

Unhooking from grind culture has taken me from a burned out, overwhelmed people-pleaser to someone who makes choices based on the guidance of my soul and body. I no longer say “yes” to draining demands that take me away from my bliss. Instead, I have slowly and joyfully created a life I’m in love with, doing work that fills me with inspiration and purpose.

For five years, I’ve been creating classes, resources, and a monthly newsletter here at The Retreat Space. My work is rooted in the care and liberation of all beings.

I’m now stepping into my calling to become a life coach and dreamweaving guide. By early 2025, I will be a nationally accredited and certified life coach, after intensive training with Martha Beck (Oprah’s life coach and one of my greatest teachers). Prior to this formal training, I had a 16-year career in art museum leadership, where I’ve managed and mentored colleagues through work transitions, negotiations, and burnout recovery—and organized dozens of art exhibitions (ask me about working with Martin Scorsese for a Met Gala exhibition!).

I’m a highly sensitive empath who’s an expert in emotions and self-care (Cancer Moon), a fiery trailblazer and preacher of what’s real (Sag Sun), and I’m here to shine my light and help others shine theirs (Leo Rising).

I live in Boston and spend several weeks a year in Asheville, where my inner woodland creek fairy gets to run free. I’m married to my love and partner-in-crime, Neal. I come from an amazing creative family and have a magical group of soul sisters who support me through thick and thin. When I’m not coaching, I’m either dancing around the house, filling legal pads with my “deep” thoughts, or cooking (while dancing). And even though I’m 41, I love watching 14-year-old-boy action thrillers and reading 14-year-old-girl fantasy novels.

Here are three of my essays:
