Transforming Unhealthy Habits

This is a recording of our live gathering on April 15, 2020 with Denise Holz and an accompanying guided meditation.

What is the unhealthy habit you most want to change? Is there an untrue or outdated belief behind it? In this 90-minute live gathering, nutritionist and life coach Denise Holz provided a soulful approach to transforming negative beliefs that weigh us down and disconnect us from our vitality. Together we did guided visualizations to discover what belief is behind an unhealthy behavior, and worked on techniques for replacing it with a new, supportive belief.

Denise also created a recorded audio visualization for embedding a new belief into our hearts, so we can incorporate it into our daily lives.
