This soulful and practical workshop invites you to uncover what you need and how to get it. You’ll be guided through honest self-inquiry and a fun, hands-on exercise to unfurl all your layers of fulfillment and longing. This is an on-demand, self-guided, 90-minute video you can watch anytime.

Here are some questions you'll explore:

  • What do you wish you needed, and what do you actually need?

  • Are there needs you abandoned long ago because of certain circumstances and never returned to?

  • What needs can’t be met right now, because of things outside of your control?

  • What stories do you have about your unmet needs?

  • What are you waiting on to fulfill you (i.e. a job, partner, move, or The Next Big Thing)?

The exercises in this video are designed to spark new insights and help you explore them through journaling. In addition to a fresh perspective and food for thought, you'll emerge with practical, self-defined next steps for feeling more fulfilled.



What you’ll get:

  • Video recording of the community class - This version offers beautiful shares and the energy of others doing the practice with you (90 minutes).

  • A more private experience - This version is just me and you, without the energy of others. The video runs 45 minutes, but plan to pause periodically to do the exercises at your own pace (about 90 minutes total).

  • The workshop slides. You'll also receive a PDF copy of the workshop's beautiful visuals and journal prompts to refer back to.

  • A list of what you need right now, practically, soulfully, emotionally—and your next step for how to feel more fulfilled.
