Clearing the Clutter That’s Blocking Your Life
Our homes are mirrors of ourselves, and our possessions reflect what we are emotionally anchored to. By clearing clutter, we are able to identify what is holding us back and create space for what we truly desire in life. Decluttering is not about becoming a minimalist. Instead, it can be a tool for letting go of things that no longer serve us so we can manifest our desires. In this one-hour live gathering, Jennifer Sullivan will talk about the power of decluttering using ancient Feng Shui wisdom, with an opportunity to share your examples and ask questions at the end.

Choosing Courage When the World Falls Apart
How on earth do we respond as the world goes mad? It’s totally normal to feel scared as our old reality crumbles. But letting fear win means we miss the opportunity to recreate the world we share. And that would be a shame, because we can make a different choice. If we’re willing to stop, turn and walk through it… fear is a portal to power, fuel for joy and a pathway to choosing what kind of world we want to create together, from here. Join Belinda Noakes for this free 75-minute gathering to work through our worst fears about these crazy times, including a group clearing and optional 1:1 facilitation.

Transforming Unhealthy Habits
What is the unhealthy habit you most want to change? Is there an untrue or outdated belief behind it? In this 90-minute live gathering, nutritionist and life coach Denise Holz will provide a soulful approach to transforming negative beliefs that weigh us down and disconnect us from our vitality. Together we will do a guided visualization to discover what belief is behind an unhealthy behavior, and work to replace it with a new, supportive belief. Denise will also provide a recorded audio visualization for embedding that belief into our hearts, so we can incorporate it into our daily lives. As though we are sitting in a circle, this will be an interactive gathering where you are invited to share and ask questions in a space of loving safety.

The entire world is transforming. Have you stopped to ask what is changing deep inside you? Harnessing the power of the full moon in Libra, we will quiet our fears and listen to that inner whisper that is longing for a new way of life. Underneath the fear and beyond the loss, there is a wise part of you that may be daydreaming about how life could be different after this. Maybe longstanding values and structures no longer feel as important. Maybe you are learning deep lessons about balance, staying present, or the importance of health and family. What is your soul’s invitation during this time? Through meditation and journaling, Quinn Corte will help guide us out of fear and into our intuition to consider these questions.

Deep Rest through Yoga Nidra
Join Kristine Backes and the Retreat Space community for a much-needed deep relaxation before bedtime. Yoga Nidra, which means “sleep yoga” is a powerful technique of yoga designed to bring you into a state of conscious relaxation. During a yoga nidra session, you drop deeply into a restful state in which the nervous system can relax and the body’s healing powers are supported. The practice is performed while lying on your back, without moving.

Breathwork for Releasing and Connecting
Tara Jones will lead us in an 8-minute breathwork practice for releasing and connecting. The practice uses a three-part breath that quickly quiets the worried mind and purges the body and nervous system of emotional debris so we can be more present in our hearts. When we bring consciousness to breathing, we can re-center and ground our bodies fast. It is an experience that feels like returning home, which is exactly what we all need right now. By the end, we will feel recharged and renewed, and have a quick practice to start fresh everyday.
