Deep Rest through Yoga Nidra

About this Gathering

Yoga Nidra, which means “sleep yoga” is a powerful technique of yoga designed to bring you into a state of conscious relaxation. During a yoga nidra session, you drop deeply into a restful state in which the nervous system can relax and the body’s healing powers are supported. The practice is performed while lying on your back, without moving. Kristine will draw your attention through the body and deeper levels of awareness, and into the state of consciousness in-between sleeping and waking. No experience or special props are needed.

Event time is listed in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

A Note from Quinn

When I started this space, I knew we all needed some deep, guided relaxation…stat. I asked my soul sister, Kristine, if she would provide this offering to us. Kristine lives in a small town in Montana and feels like a mountain mama to me. She is deeply solid and full of nurturing, earthy wisdom.
